My personal yoga practice helps me stay focused and avoid injury during my more active pursuits - I'm a Crossfit addict in my non-yoga moments.
Yoga offers a range of benefits - from physical strength and flexibility - through use of the breath - to mental wellbeing through inner focus and self-awareness. Classes are offered for the athlete and for the less active. Both classes are suitable for the yoga newbie - flexibility and the ability to strike a pose in lycra are not pre-requisites!
1:1 yoga time can also be arranged.
