Our Beach Fitness Camp has been running consistently since June 2016 through all seasons and weathers. We still have the same members with us from our very first session.

Designed for all fitness levels, Beach Camp is a great opportunity to build your confidence whilst adapting your body inside and out, all with a great team of likeminded people.

Our three early morning camps are located on the beautiful Cullercoats Beach and run during all weathers, there’s not a better way to start the day!

  • We run all year round throughout every season. Rain and shine.
  • Designed for all fitness levels and abilities
  • Held at the beautiful Cullercoats Beach.

Sessions include a combination of body weight, travelling, climbing, running, jumping and performance exercises. We can adapt change and alter everything to suit all of our members. This programme caters for complete beginners and fitness junkies.

Every Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 6.30am.

We are a fun, friendly and welcoming team who all go the extra mile to motivate and encourage each other each and every morning!

Whether you are looking to burn fat, tone up, build confidence or develop your fitness, each  Beach Camp is packed with a number of circuits, exercises and challenges that you will keep you on your toes.
