We offer a flexible and uniquely fresh-air based private personal training and fitness experience, helping our clients and members change their lives for the better.
Our Beach Camp started back in June 2016 and has been going strong ever since. If it wasn't for our Beach Camp there may even be no Ocean Fit that everybody loves today. Image that!
GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
Our Group Personal Training programme is the perfect pathway for anybody who needs that extra push and guidance in their fitness journey but maybe doesn’t have the confidence to go it alone.
INDOOR FIT CAMP
Our Indoor Fit Camp is an incredibly popular programme and is packed with challenges, you will struggle to do the same session twice. We still have the same members involved in this programme that we had back in January 2017 when it started.
