OUR LOCKDOWN SERVICES
Although we are currently in another lockdown we do have a number of services that our members have access to and we welcome new people to join us with.
1:1 Personal Training with Aaron
Currently all face to face training is outdoors, I (Aaron) have a neat little set up at the back of my home. Supplied with a variety of clean equipment and weights I have a perfect set up and space to keep clients ﬁt, functional and engaged throughout this lockdown. All of the equipment and mats are cleaned between each client, there is a strict 2m+ distance kept and hand sanitiser is available to use at any time.
Online Group Zoom sessions
We put this in place to keep put group members happy, we oﬀer 8 sessions a week both at 9.30 am and 18.00. These are a mix of full body sessions, stretch, and sessions focusing on specific areas. This enable members to know how to prepare and what to expect before getting started. We also edit and format some of these sessions for members to catch up.
Remote and Online Personal Training with Aaron
2020 was the year that EVERYBODY became an online coach. Well I hate to blow my own trumpet but I have been doing this before it was popular. With a wealth of experience under my belt with remote training and working with clients from all over the globe I am conﬁdent in my ability to set up members remotely with tailored easy to follow programmes for them to follow. Right now I work with more clients online than ever and they are getting fantastic results.
Outdoor Exercise Ebook
I created to Ebook for clients who prefer to be outdoors or for those who are looking for a little bit of outdoor inspiration a the moment. After all it is the only thing we are allowed to do right now, work out outdoors. You simply download the Ebook, you will find ten different workouts in there which are all explained and totally different. If you are lost for confused by any of the exercises just click on it and it will show you a demonstration. This Ebook has been really well received and has helped a lot of people stay active.
