As all we can do at the moment is outdoor exercise alone or remote fitness training I devised this Ebook to keep people active and inspired outdoors.
Many people love and thrive off our beach camp and outdoor group sessions, however they find it hard to inspire themselves alone or come up with effective workouts.
This Ebook has 10 completely different workouts for you to complete outdoors, or indoors with some adaptations.
