-Ocean Fit’s newest programme.

🔷This is the perfect programme for those who enjoy running, looking to build overall body weight strength and endurance based exercise….but need that extra push.

🔷TRACK FIT is fitness & running focussed programme, tracking your improvements week by week. Sprints, relays, longer distance fused with body weight exercise to enhance overall strength and muscle tone.

🔷Based at Churchill Track every Tuesday and Thursday at 6.30am for 45 minutes Track Fit will challenge your overall fitness, enhance your coordination and agility.

🔷You do not have to be an accomplished runner to join this programme, it is designed to accommodate all levels of fitness and experience. At Ocean Fit we encourage all of our members to do the best they can do.

Tuesday: 6.30-7.15am
Thursdays: 6.30-7.15am

Churchill Playing Fields/ Running Track.

6 Weeks – Starts, WC 10.06.19 – Finish, WC 15.06.19

🔷Both TRACK sessions are the priority of the programme but you will also get access to our Beach Camp throughout the 6 weeks.
