Did you know you can now work with us online and remotely. We offer a range of online programmes which are delivered through our personalised app. Perfect for when our programmes in the studio are full or if you are out of the area but still want to work with us.

1:1 Remote Coaching with Aaron

  • Full telephone or video call consultation prior to setting up to make sure that no stone is unturned and we create a programme that will 100% work for you.
  • Personalised remote workouts that can be done from home, gym or both.
  • Weekly checking as necessary to ensure progression. 
  • Messaging support with Aaron as you need it .
  • Programmes refreshed, replaced and altered as necessary to help you meet your goals and keep you on track.
  • I only work with 6x 1-2-1 clients at a time to full ensure that you get the support you need and quality is always maintained
  • Help with nutritional goals to enhance your fitness journey and reviewed during our catch ups.
  • All of this delivered from our personalised app, all of your workouts are explained fully and demonstrated to ensure that you are moving correctly and competently within each session.
  • An invite to join the Ocean Fit Online Incubator – Our private facebook group which is full of like minded others sharing similar goals, stories and experiences. A space for you to ask questions, get help and inspire others.
  • A 3 month minimum sign up is required which then will recur monthly following this period.
