I am thrilled to honour my 1-1 Personal Training Client Michael, Client of the Month. I have been working wish Michael since summer last year, when he came to me we were starting from scratch but has undergone a huge transformation in his ability. 
Michael listens, engages and will give anything a shot, which has ultimately lead to some huge achievements over the past few months. 
Michael has stuck with his sessions and Ocean Fit throughout every lockdown, completing most of his sessions outdoors and seeing every weather possible, from snow storms, to hail showers, to ice, heavy rain and a bit of sun. He has never let this be an excuse (well maybe once) for not taking accountability for his health and fitness, and I really admire that.

1.How do you feel to be crowned Ocean Fit’s Client of the Month?  
I feel particularly good about being crowned Client of the Month since my younger brother is also a client, but he is clearly not deserving of this great accolade.
(And it is Great)
2.If you could banish one exercise from sessions what would it be and WHY?

Running down to Turknaz and back is a cruel exercise since it requires being close to great food but not being able to enjoy it. But more seriously, I would probably banish any lunge exercise which includes weights because I struggle to maintain my balance.

3.Why did you choose Ocean Fit? 
It was clear that Ocean Fit would be an effective and responsible way to achieve my goal of losing some weight, getting into better shape, and learning better exercise techniques. Ocean Fit exceeded my expectations in every way.
4.What do you enjoy most about being part of Ocean Fit? 
Feeling good about the progress I have made and Aaron’s bad taste in TV shows.
I have no idea what he is talking about…
5.What’s your favourite post-workout snack or meal? 
*Confession time* The answer is Lucozade, but after looking at the sugar content I have recently stopped drinking it. I do miss it though.
6. Describe Ocean Fit in one sentence.

Truthfully, I can’t really describe Ocean Fit. It has made an immeasurable difference to my wellbeing during these tough COVID times because it is the best way to keep me active when that is otherwise really challenging. I hate to think how I would feel without it. In that sense, Ocean Fit has been a godsend for me.

7.Apart from being crowned Client of the Month, what is your biggest achievement at Ocean Fit? 
Learning exercise techniques which I can take with me for a more consistent and sustainable approach to exercise and fitness. 
8.What is your next big fitness goal? 
Maintaining a healthy level of fitness in the long-term, rather than yo-yoing from good to bad and back again.

9.What is your funniest memory from Ocean Fit? 
Almost vomiting in the first session. Admittedly that wasn’t funny at the time.
10. Would you recommend Ocean Fit to a friend?

You bet! Already have and will continue to do so.

Michael is an awesome client and and such a genuine guy to work with. He will be moving back to the states in just a couole of weeks and will genuinely miss working with him but pleased that his hard work and efforts can inspire many other from this post.
