Client of the Month – August 2017!
So we have recently launched something new called ‘Client of the Month’. This is our way of showing recognition to individuals who really worked their socks off within the studio.
In our first month we have chosen Brianne.
Brianne really does have an infection personality, she attends every session and gives it 1000%. We always try to give the best advice in order to improve technique and aid progression, Brianne took this on board from session one, she has great technique listens and uses the mirrors to enhance her performance and aid her journey. She has never made 1 excuse and attends every session possible!
She has also shown an huge visual difference, posture, physique, glow…its all showing. AND THAT IS WHY we chose Brianne!

When did you Start and why?
I started May 16, 2017. My mental health was suffering and my body was visible proof of it. As my mood marginally started to improve, I knew I didn’t want to revert back to where I was so I needed to start looking after myself. I’d been toying with the idea of joining a gym and it just seemed like the perfect time for me to start.
What do you enjoy the most over all?
I feel so much happier in and with myself—even my family have commented on my improved mood (and smaller size)! I also enjoy pushing my body and seeing myself achieve new goals—heavier weights, more reps, or quicker reps—nearly weekly!!
What made you choose Ocean Fit?
I actually found out about Ocean Fit when I was walking past and grabbed one of the fliers at the door. It was literally around the corner from my house! After scouring the web and reading the rave reviews online, I knew I had no excuse not to try it. Meeting Aaron put me totally at ease and I’ve never looked back!
What is your biggest achievement?
After class I would drag myself up the stairs to my flat and promptly collapse on the living room floor for the next half an hour, sipping water, before I had the strength to shower. Now, even after a tough session, I have the energy to bound up the stairs and get my dog to take her straight out for a walk. It’s amazing how quickly and noticeably my strength and energy has improved.
What is your MOST favorite exercise or move & why?
I really enjoy kettlebell swings and squats! I always do these in front of the mirror, and I love checking my technique while actually seeing myself looking strong.
What is your LEAST favourite exercise & why?
Definitely bear crawls! I find them really strong on my shoulders and I’m so uncoordinated that it’s always a challenge to try and go quickly without falling on my face!
Would you recommend us to a friend and why?
Without a doubt! The atmosphere is amazingly warm and friendly—it’s wonderful to not just be a number! I also love the variety of exercises and that no two classes are the same. Keeps you on your toes!
What’s your favourite thing to cook?
I’m such a sucker for salmon on a bed rice with a heap of veggies on the side—especially broccoli or green beans!

Ocean Fit is a fun, friendly atmosphere with dynamic workouts where you can push your body’s strength to the limits and really challenge—and transform—yourself inside and out!
