August Client of the Month – SUSIE!
It’s that time of month again where we show off one of our fabulous members who has been on our radar nd needs that extra bit of recognition.
In August it has to be Susie. Susie joined us back in March after moving to Whitley bay from Heaton (good move). She signed up to start in march as this is when she was supposed to be moving into her new home which didn’t exactly go to plan and took and extra 6-7 weeks. But if she had not of said we would never have known as Susie was always forst to arrive even thought she commuted from Heaton. Love it
Ever since starting she has put life, soul and laughter into ever session and bonded with out long established Morning Group Personal Team instantly. Every session Susie is collapsed on the floor in a heap by one of our fans groaning, but she keeps coming back and rarely misses a sessions.

A lucky google search (fate). I loved the gym and really liked The idea of GPT and Aaron’s programme. Obviously meeting Jasmine the beautiful greyhound simply sealed the deal!

My biggest achievement is Losing 1.5 stones and toning up while having a blast.
What is your favourite exercise or move & why?
Deadlift, I was totally born to deadlift!

Assault bike, surely that’s a form of torture

Absolutely! I would tell them I’ve found a place I love so much that I actually want to get up early 3 mornings a week to train. Madness!
I prefer to be cooked for to be honest.
What is your biggest achievement to date?
In life, my babies.
In the gym my 1 rep max deadlift
