Once a month we get our heads together and look at clients who are always at sessions, punctual, really really try their hardest and are a total team player. Ill be totally honest, this could 40 different people. But over the last few weeks Lana has really stood out to us. She has developed hidden strength and is absolutely destroying sessions at the moment. 
She joined us in May last year on one of our smaller Transformations and has been with us ever since attending regular throughout the week and constantly challenging herself. 

Soooooo this is what she had to say when we asked her a few questions….

Our April Client of the Month.
When did you Start and why?
I started in May last year, I really wanted to be the fittest and healthiest I’ve ever been by the time I turned 30! 
What do you enjoy the most over all about taking part?
The sense of satisfaction at the end of each session knowing that you’ve given it 110% 🙂
What made you choose Ocean Fit:
The studio is very near to where I live and when I enquired initially Aaron was really friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. I also liked the variety of sessions on offer with the beach camp and the studio classes.
What is your biggest achievement:
Managing to do the 50 burpee challenge in 1min 47s! I never thought I would be able to do that.

What is your favorite exercise or move & why?
Hmm… probably press ups! It’s one of the exercises I can see the most improvement in my ability.
What is your LEAST favourite exercise & why?
The prowler certainly never seems to get any easier, ha!

Would you recommend us to a friend and why?
Absolutely, being part of Ocean-Fit is by far the best fitness experience I’ve ever had (and I’ve tried A LOT of different things). The smaller groups, the variety in the sessions and the community itself are all amazing. I also feel that you are treated as an individual and every single person is pushed to reach their own potential. I’ve made true friends being involved in Ocean-Fit and I look forward to coming every week!

Whats your favourite thing to cook?
A healthier version of spaghetti bolognese with turkey mince, loads of veg and courgetti. Super healthy, tasty and quick.
