If you are an Ocean Fit member and you missed this email then this has some of what you need to know in regards to starting back up. We sent this email to all of our members on 15 March 2021 to finalise details of our reopening after the forced Covid-19 break.
We can not wait to get Whitley bay Fit again and go back to Indoor Personal Training, restart our Private Group sessions and also our Beach Camp

I hope you have been keeping safe and well since Christmas.

I am so pleased to finally get this email put to you. I have held back a little bit incase things changed and also didn’t want to give out this info too soon.

So as you know we will be open again soon, the Beach Camp starts in TWO WEEKS TODAY and the Studio will reopen in FOUR WEEKS TODAY.

I have already emailed all of the Beach Camp members last week so you guys are all up to speed.

If you are a studio members, things are the same in regards to signing in, this is compulsory. You should be able to sign into sessions from next week.

The format will be the same as December and it will stay this way until mid May. Where we set you up with  session and you have to help each other through it. However as in December, Coaches will be involved as much as possible ensuring you are all safe, moving well and staying motivated.

It has been such a rubbish year for us all and I believe that getting back into a fluent exercise routine will be the change that we all need to get back in track with our physical and mental health.

I know a lot of you are worried about lacking in strength and fitness and losing some of your progress. You can be assured that you will be well looked after at Ocean Fit with by coaches and other members We are all starting back up together.

So keep an eye out on the App/website and get yourselves signed in (studio only).

This will NOT affect current members but as of this Friday there will be a much overdue increase in memberships this is to cover huge losses of the past 12 months and natural inflation. If you have any friends or family who wish to sign up and join us then the time s BEFORE this Friday.

Direct Debits
They are all set up to go from the 1st of April 2021. They are amended to the week we can not open at the beginning of April 2021.
Terms and Conditions still apply for leaving Ocean Fit.

Beach Camp
A reminder, the sessions on Monday 29th and 31st March 2021 will be £5.00 per session if you have NOT continued your membership. Then back to normal from the Friday.

Health
If anything has changed since you originally  started with Ocean Fit and you would like is to be aware of it please made the coach aware at the beginning of your first session as there will be another Health Questionnaire to fill out. Remember to arrive 5 minutes earlier.

I honestly can not wait to get back to some normality and see everybody again. Please help me spread the world loud and clear. I can not wait to see you all again.
